The year 1999 was when Sweeney was able to decide she had had enough. She stayed clear of fads like wine and cabbage soup diet. She took healthier steps like abstaining from sweet drinks and joining boot camp gym classes. The result? She dropped close to 30 pounds. Sweeney originates from Irish descent.
